Rick started his real estate career in 1988 after graduating from Appalachian State University. He earned his BSBA with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Analysis and Finance. After graduating from ASU, he started selling real estate in Cornelius, North Carolina with Lake Norman Realty. Then in 1993 he started Blue Water Realty which later became ERA Knight Realty, Inc. Three branch offices in Mooresville, Cornelius and Statesville were sold to ERA Wilder Realty in May 2006.
Today Rick is listing and selling real estate for ERA Wilder Realty and does a little training for his peers. He owns over 2.5 million in investment real estate and continues to purchase more. He loves selling real estate, real estate investing and training real estate agents. Rick and his wife, Aubri spend a lot time raising their five children and try to travel as much as they can.
